Our bartenders have outdone themselves again this year, with select regional wines. You’ll enjoy premium labels expertly mixed, blended and shaken, with everything from martinis and margaritas, to lava flows and Pina Coladas. Beer enthusiasts will be treated to ice-cold beer on tap. Maui Brewing Co.: Bikini Blonde, Big Swell, and Coconut Hiwa Porter.
DELICIOUS CUISINE
Start off with some delicious Weeping Maui Onion Tartlets, Vegetable Crudite or a marinated Artichoke Dip made with fresh garlic and grated Parmesan served warm with a baked Crostini. Succulent ‘Bone Appetite’ Baby Back Ribs are marinated overnight, and you can also enjoy the equally delicious Honey Ginger Glazed Chicken. From the sea, we serve fresh chilled Jumbo Shrimp with Bloody Mary cocktail sauce. We also have assorted cheeses and crackers.
Then, if you still have room, you can finish with decadent Dark Triple Chocolate Brownies or White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies. Freshly brewed Kona coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages will also be served.
COSTUME CONTEST – GRAND PRIZE VALUED AT $500
We’ve seen just about every costume you can imagine over the years, with great expectations again this year! Dress up, or down, or as wild as you feel. Three prizes for the best costumes will be awarded. Grand prize valued at $500. Guests will parade in front of other passengers in their costumes. Winners are chosen by the applause of fellow passengers.
