products
Maui features some incredible things made right on the island. These quality products created using local resources are getting noticed—and for a good reason!
Ali'i Kula Lavender
In Upcountry Maui on the slopes of Haleakala Volcano, the Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm is doing big business. With 45 varieties of lavender and approximately 55,000 lavender plants, Creator and Horticultural Master, Ali’i Chang, turned a garden into a work of art.
Donut Dynamite
Donut Dynamite is a specialty donut shop in Wailuku. They feature exceptionally delicious and unique donuts made fresh from scratch daily. It’s not your ordinary donut; it’s pure art. They are seriously beautiful, and it tastes as good as they look.
Maui Brewing Company
If you haven’t yet held a Maui Brewing Company beer can while watching a Maui sunset, add it to the bucket list. Made on Maui since 2005, Maui Brewing Company makes an assortment of handcrafted ales and lagers, all “brewed with aloha.” Their local brewpub uses as many local ingredients as possible, down to the ketchup and mustard, and infuses many of their food items with, you guessed it, beer.
Maui Vera
Maui Vera is an organic spa-quality aloe product that provides natural sunburn relief. This special Hawaiian formula is made mostly from aloe, noni, and peppermint. Aloe is used for its ability to moisture the skin while noni has been used by Polynesians for over 2,000 years for vitality through natural hydration and regeneration of healthy cells. Peppermint is used for pain relief and high vitamin A and C content. These ingredients combined help to restore damaged skin to health and balance.
Maui’s Wine
Located in Upcountry Maui on the beautiful Ulupalakua Ranch, Maui Wine (once known as Tedeschi Vineyard’s) is Maui’s only winery. Using fresh produce like Maui Gold Pineapples and fabulous grape varietals, enjoy flavors that are grown on the rich volcanic soil of Haleakala.
Ocean Vodka
If you didn’t know Maui was home to a local vodka distillery, now you do. Located in Upcountry Maui, the Ocean Vodka organic farm and distillery sits on 80 acres of gorgeous land on the slopes of Haleakala. Shay Smith, Founder and President of Ocean Vodka believes strongly in sustainable and organic practices.
Surfing Goat Dairy
Also located in Kula, Surfing Goat Dairy is one of Hawaii’s top ag-tourism venues, and one of only two goat dairies in the state. German ex-pats Thomas and Eva Kafsack transformed 42 acres of Upcountry Maui brushland into a working dairy farm, complete with a Milk Room, Ripening Room, Cheese Room, and adjacent retail shop.
Maui Gold Pineapples
Created by former Maui Pineapple Company employees, the Maui Gold Brand Pineapple is the go-to on Maui for the best, sweetest, and most delicious pineapple. Grown on 1,350 acres of the slopes of Haleakala, it takes 18 months to grow one Maui Gold pineapple. The process has been tested and perfected over the last 25 years.
Pono Pies
Maui Breadfruit company’s kitchen is where Pono Pies are made from start to finish by Chef-Owner John Cadman and his son Kavika. Pono Pies are genuinely infused with the spirit of aloha. They use locally sourced ulu (breadfruit), macadamia nuts, and honey while maintaining a dairy, gluten, processed sugar, and GMO-free dessert. These things are what makes Pono Pies “Guilt-free from Maui.”
Maui Raw
Maui Raw believes that healthy food should taste amazing, and their delectable cultured macadamia nut spreads are proof that this is true. You can taste the love, made from local organic macadamias, all-natural, and organic farm to table ingredients, and healthy probiotics. Maui Raw spreads are not only wonderfully unique and big in flavor, but they are at an affordable price.
